is it worthed linking to new sites?

is it worted exchange link to new or low PR sites??
or i just fokus to an old and high PR site??

Yes you can exchange links from new websites if they are related to your websites theme.
Links from old and high PR websites helps a lot but they should be related to your websites theme.

 

I would not hesitate to exchange links with good content sites even if they have poor PR or is new
They might turn out more successful than our sites

 

If the site is good and cached in Google then yes it's worth it. With good content and a good link strategy that PR0 may be a PR7/8 in a few months.

If you feel a site is of very good quality, definitely link with them.

 

As long as the site is cached, I am okay for link exchanges, when the site is related to me.
