Is it worth to submit your site to PR0 directory?

    I have a PR0 directory, it's brand new but i am constantly promoting it so soon, it will rise in PR for sure.

    and you can hope for the best in the future when directory got pr 5 or 6 :)
    yahoo and dmoz too got pr0 at some time of there life:)
