Is it worth to have additional CC domain?!

    Hello,
    Please, help me to decide if it's worth or not to have additional country specific domain?

    for example: I have mysite.com but I think my content would be relevant to visitors from India, and I am thinking about buying mysite.in

    And if I do, how it's best to execute it?
    As far I understand I should do 301 redirects?! And how exactly? - can I put it in Cpanel as addon domain and then redirect?!

    .in domain is useful, if you have business in india and you want to create a website for it, if its a personal website then is waste of time as internet is global anyone on web can access your website with your domain name.

    Hi,
    I hope that single domains will be more considered than the country specific domain or sub-floders or sub-domains... unless your service is globalized.

    Yes, it is 'globalized' - it's articles and resources on Buddhism and Hinduism;
    and if most .com visitors are Americans - well, there is still some traffic for Buddhism; But when they see my resources on Hinduism part of spirituality - most of them run away; not many Hindu in USA; I hope would be more readers in India; but so far very few visitors from India;

    It's a small price to pay for a domain registration, it probably makes sense. Register it for a year and then decide whether you want to renew it or not later.
