I was wondering... since this thing only validates a single page is it worth placing the ads on other pages which are not indexted by DP? If so what are the benefits? Thanks
Where did you read that?! This is what ad-network page says, and I didn't see anything in the TOS And by the way I have found the answer while reading more about the co-op...
You need to read all the FAQ's, TOS etc. If your base url is www* yoursite* com ads must be on every page Google has indexed for that site. You may run co-op only on one folder in your site like www* yoursite* com/store/ ads must be on every page in that Google has indexed in that folder. Shannon
Well now I'm a little confused... so if I deside to place co-op in the root of my site, ALL pages in the root will have to have co-op on them? GuyFromChicago - the link you sent me was to instalation instructions, and od place to put something that is *required* wouldn't you agree? It seems more like it's a co-op validatior may not work properly if you don't do it that way. I'm not trying to fight you on this, it's just TOS doesn't mention this and on contrary it says something to the order of that you choose pages where to put your ads. BTW: my ad was validated fine, what does this mean? Thanks
Log into your coop account and click on setup instructions. The first sentence at the top of the page says: "Ad network ads should be shown on all pages within your site." Don't know how much clearer it can get All pages within the base url that you enter when you sign up must have the coop ads. If they don't, it will eventually get caught during the validation process and your account will be suspended until it's corrected.
