    Is it worth to upgrade to premier account my paypal in order to get proper customers service?

    I tried to call them but i am having problems with authorization when enterting my phone number.

    Nah!.. the customer service is the same even if you upgrade to Business account...

    PS: their voice (keypress) authentication is way off the mark.. do not worry about that :)
