Is it worth it to pay company to manage Adwords campaigns?

This is a serious question. Please no spam...

Is it worth it to hire a company to advertise your Adwords campaigns such like advertisingwebservice.com which is always offering similiar services?

I tried Adwords but it cost me so much sometimes and after a few days, I don't get clicks anymore. Seems like suddenly my bid is not high enough after few days but I don't understand why. This always happens to me.

Using Adwords is like rocket science to me. I can't understand their damn interface half the time cuz its so complex.

Maybe I'm just stupid but its the reason many others don't like Adwords too. Also their customer service is absolutely horrible.

That's why I want to hire a company with reasonable fees to manage my Adwords campaigns to put my ads wisely to save me money and make sure my campaigns don't suddenly die without explanation.

Please tell me your experiences? Are they any trustworthy companies that mid-level webmaster can hire for this type of service?

I'm not a millionaire so... thanks and waiting for advice.

People Pay for Expertise. If you can't do it that doesn't mean it can't be done. Consider hiring someone to do your adwords campaign, but be smart about it. Do your homework on them and make sure you interview as though you were interviewing an employee.

Hiring experts will save you time, you can focus on your core business. While outsourcing your campaign make sure that the company or person has enough experience... I would suggest atleast 1 or 2 years, but its your call.

While hiring someone make sure you're not paying for only visitors, get the agency / person to be accoutable for conversion as well. A good expert should not only help you acquisition customers but also suggest ways to improve conversion rates, landing page optimisation, conversion path optimisation, etc.

Moreover keep a close eye on the performance, ask for weekly and monthly reports or dashboards that showcase all aspects of the campaign that directly affect your business.

There are many ways to research keywords that your site targeting.

Firstly understanding your Niche and then what the general search terms you want to target on, and then the geo-location of your visitor.

Its not hard to manage adwords yourself.

The experts are gonna cost you but are definitely worth a try if you are hopeless at managing your account. I've used the PPC managing service before and can give you refer you to a good freelancer in case you are interested. However, before you get the service, you need to understand that this is an on going process and things can fall apart if you do not work on it continiously (so if you are looking for one time optimization to work wonders, that is not going to happen). The best thing is to learn it yourself with the help of a ppc manager.

    Cheers,

If you can't do it and don't want to learn, then by all means outsource it.

Businesses outsource all the time, it doesn't need to be different because it's online.

Focused Life is right on all points. Obviously, you are frustrated and things are not going well for you. You need expertise. So if you want to continue using Adwords and want it improved fast, hire an Adwords manager. As Twin says, it will save you time, possibly money in the long run, leaving you to focus on your business.

Communityn also has a very valid point that new clients don't seem to understand. PPC is an on-going process. While I can set you up properly, if you decide to take it from there, there's no guarantee you will succeed. Advertising is not an exact science. It needs to be nurtured. Otherwise, you'd always see McDonalds for example use the same commercial over and over, year after year. An expert will be in a better position to help you long term.

I hired an adwords company in the past and they weren't able to achieve better results than me.

Before deciding to hire a company, make sure they are at least "adwords qualified" and then speak to one or more of their clients.

Yes. You will definitely need some expert assistance. Before picking up one, please take time in evaluating their past results and their rates. Some people just make claims of getting xxx clicks for you in very less amounts. Try changing your keywords and ad text. Try offering higher cpc/cpm rates. Only then seek for expert advice.

Call the experts when in need of help. Learn and then try to manage on your own.

Yes, it's worth it, especially since Google made the new UI a whole lot more complex.

I wouldn't recommend using the company you gave as an example though - with those types of fees you can't expect to get anything that you couldn't learn in about 2 hours of concentrated learning.

You know what they say, pay peanuts and you get monkeys...

No one knows your product better than you do.
I dont recommend this unless your unwilling to learn how adwords works or just do not have the time.

Few will manage it using their own account. You need your own.
