Hey guys, I have a good domain and I was wondering if I make a subdomain from it and develop another site, would it be worth it? For example: baby.com and then I'll make health.baby.com Or would it be a waste of time? Please share your knowledge and experiences here. Thanks in advance.
It depends on if you want to develop a network style site on related topics or not.. If yes, then go with a subdomain.. If no, then get a new domain..

Like for example health.com- main domain sub domains women.health.com men.health.dom baby.health.com Do you guys think advertisers will still place ads if its a subdomain ? Anybody who had a successful subdomain? Well I know for a fact that this forum is quite successful and it is a subdomain but I'd like to know if anybody had the same success as well.
subdomain is ok for me, i use 3 subdomains for my domain. Advertisers....hmm..i don't think it will matter if you have good content website, Afterall domain names are not so dearer.
