Unfortunately no, due to it being very difficult generating enough money from it, unless of course you have a large marketing budget to gain customers. I had used to sell domains but I sold my hosting business last year, and domain sales were high, but profit margins were small.
agree wid above post. Reseller club is very cheap, go for it if u want to become reseller but only if you have enough money and u can sell that much domains then go for it otherwise it would be nothing but wasting your money.
And in terms of the technical aspects of the business (costumer support, etc.)? I believe at least one provider includes handling costumer support for you, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. How "ready to go" are the different programs out there, and which one would you recommend?
Unfortunately there's no "easy" setup, ResellerClub is free to signup and is the cheapest on domain name pricing, but is by no means the easiest to use. Their control panel is too weird and difficult to use for many. eNom on the other hand requires verification (scanned passport). There's also a fee involved which is $195. I would suggest signing up to Namecheap's reseller service, the pricing of domains are a little higher, but the ease of use is better.
Its good only if you would manage to sell in bulk, in other words not good for starters unless you have deep pockets to spend on marketing budget
Yes,It is worth to become a domain reseller onlyif you sell domains in bulk and as there is many competition in this niche,it has become saturated
