Is it worth it? - Honestly? Well were all about to find out. I'm going to start a 30day (maybe more if it comes to it) test to see if proxies really are worth it. I'm going to be using Adsense, Adbrite and Adversal to get revenue. Please check the blog over at http://money-with-proxies.com/ and please register and provide feedback through out the test. Also, for those of you that don't know me. I used to own VIP-Surf.in. That proxy was a bench mark to the industry. I still stumble over proxies using bits and bobs off it without my permission. A friend of mine, a member here has a network of proxies and he does very well with them.. I dont think just one will do very well though... i'm curious to see how it goes..
Seems you may want to wait until after the holidays. Most schools are out for about two weeks and I am sure people are taking vacations from work. It will be about like trying to test them in the Summer. JMO
When I set up a proxy, I invest $48, it sells for $200 minimum, which means I've made a $150 profit, without including the revenue. I'd say it's worth it I've done that in 11 days minimum too.
Really, I don't mind the schools being out. The main source of the high figure traffic has never been US / UK so it doesn't matter. It's mostly Chinese, Iranian.
