    It might mean something to a UFC fan. I think if you develop it as a UFC blog or a good UFC fan site, you may be able to resell for low $xxx. Undeveloped I would agree with mid $xx

    I agree with the mid-$xx replies... but also, being an avid watcher of UFC events, think this could really do great developed...
