is it workable to registrate a domain in china

i have a domain registration company in china,it is very cheap to registrate a domain. But i do not know, is it workable for foreigners to registrate?

 

You mean .cn domain or register a .com/.net/etc domain through a China registrar?

For .cn domain, the second year is expensive.
For register a TLD through China registrars, they always charge much more than US companies.

for the first year,it only needs RMB1 yuan, for the scond year,it costs about USD10
