i come across this thing in my mind. is it trust-able to buy stuff in DP? Coz we cant confirm. let say there is a nice offers "10k cool avatars only 1.5buck", i hope to buy it with re-sale right. But how can i "confirm" whatever i buy is with re-sale right or not? Coz it's no black-&-white stated there. How can we confirm? coz it maybe the seller simply "mark-up" the price and said "Ya, you hv the re-sales right now" Is there any "prove"? coz i dont want it to be my potential risk in future.
The only way you can avoid being cheated is by buying from experienced sellers who have a good itrader ... But still there are many honest people around here who are new ... So trust your instincts to trust the right person!
I agree you cannot be sure about the resale rights part. Secondly certain products are not meant to be sold below a certain price or given away as it violates the resale rights agreement but these rules are broken as well. The best way to check if any of these agreements are not broken and you are safe legally is to check the original product website. But avatars and wallpapers are collected from free sources and then sold so I guess there is nothing to worry about them.
i mean this http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=376458&highlight=283k They ask me for 20buck with resale right. It's a bit unbeliever, so i hope to look for your opinion
It is probably duplicate content collected by bot from articles directories, so it can be that cheap, i wouldn't buy it.
Im quite sure its a copy of articlebeach.com that was never meant to be for sale. The script can back up to the server and i guess somebody grabbed it, i remember reading about it months ago. Either way i wouldnt use it, 100s of other sites have the exact same content.
There seems to be more and more threads about members being cheated by other members lately. (Nothing new on the internet.) I would deal with someone who is reputable....and can give you references -of work you can view - and who you can contact before a penny is passed. Why take a chance? Jim
If people could do this, you wouldn't see threads like this or threads talking about being ripped off by another member. Jim
