    Warez linking is 100% legal but uploading warez is illegal.....is it true? am from india.. IF IT ILLEGAL what happen if i cought according to my country law..anything serious?

    i only suggest you just see your country's cyber law. Uploading warez is illegal to all countries.

    This is something you need to be asking a lawyer.

    Bear in mind that the laws on this sort of thing are becoming stricter. And even if you don't get get into trouble directly, you may find yourself with so many legal hassles that it's not worth it.

    There are many less morally reprehensible ways to make a dollar.

    i think linking to it is legal but im not sure i just know you dont want to be holding the content when the fbi kicks down your doors!

    It's illegal depending on which country the server your uploading on is from a country that allows it. This also applies to linking.

    Having the file in the first place is illegal though.
