Is it true that your foot equals the distance between your wrist and elbow?

As a medical student I confirm this one. Yes this is true. I learned that in Forensic medicine

I have heard this in the past and everyone I have told has tried it with positive results (including myself). It seems to be generally true, though there are always exceptions with stuff like this. Not sure how useful it is however haha.

but its not really that accurate...
the size of feet is only almost same size between wrist and elbow...

 

I don't believe that as I see many people will have different proportional...

This is true for most people, but my arms (ape index) are 3 inches longer than my body, great for my love of climbing!

i think your thumb to your middle finger is as wide as your face is long (for most).

I have heard something like this before. I heard that if the circle made with your thumb and middle finger is bigger than your wrist, then you have a small frame. If they are the same size, you have an average frame. If your thumb and middle finger don't reach all the way around your wrist at all, then you have a large frame.
