Is it true that new people cant use the Keyword Ranking Monitor tool on DigitalPoint?

    Hi, I I'm new to this website and wish to use the Keyword Ranking Monitor Tool.
    I have read through the recent threads on this website, and it appears as though it is now totally impossible to get the required API codes because Google have stopped giving these?

    Does this mean (new) people can no longer use this tool? Is there anything that I can do to be able to use this tool, or should I forget about it?

    If you have access to Google API using SOAP interface, you can use it.
