Is it True?? That keyword does not give the site ranking.

yesterday i found out that meta keywords don't play any role to website ranking. Just want to confirm that i am right or wrong.
Please share if you know.

 

Not at all.... only backlinks from high authority domains will help you to get rank..
Try to create quality backlinks that build from brand keywords anchor text & focus more on On-page ( 65% of SEO depends on ON-page ).

But what about Bing ???
Can we use meta keyword for bing ranking????????

 

In Bing, as they do in Google:
numbers of Backlink to your website
Linking from Social Websites
Quality content is important for search rankings

 

Actually Google do not count Meta keyword tag from many days ago but other search engine like Bing, Yahoo, Baidu etc count this meta keywords tag.

I don't think that they also pay attention to your keywords. Only Title and Meta Description are useful (together with the robots meta tag!are useful...)
