Is it true that Free WordPress blog can not use plugins?

    Hi. Im new to wordpress. I heard that free wordpress blog can not install plugin. I have a free wordpress blog and i can not find the plugin option on the menu.

    It will be a great help to me if u reply.

    There is no any option to use plugins at free word press blog version.

    Yes this is true, you cant use, install or upload plugins in free wordpress blogs.
