    no it is not possible, please read google web master guidelines for adwords, they mention that to register with adwords will not help in any way to get higher rank or pr.

    PR is only influenced by BACKLINKS

    And olso PR means nothing then a number

    PR not equals traffic
    PR not equals highr rankings
