We make an income online, regardless of what this may be, $500 per month - $15,000 per month. In my country UK (Scotland), we get ripped off for everything, tax, what we pay for rent/mortgage, the cost of petrol, the cost of food, the cost of council tax, the general cost of everything, not to mention the weather is rubbish. Where can we live that is nice, where we can continue our work, but live a much happier live? Also somewhere UK person can go no problem, ie no visa rubbish, I think I am ready for adventure.
Not in this world wherever you go will be taxed and taxed and more taxes and taxes added to the taxes.
i think alaska is a great place to leave in no one will charge you with tax out there in the middle of nowhere. i would recommend in the middle of the desert but you said you want a comfortable life its so hot there in the desert.
I know internet marketers who have moved to North Africa or other low cost low tax places. It is tempting if you can do it but.... How stable is the government? If you get sick are there good hospitals and/or health insurance? You live in Scotland. Yes the taxes are high. Yes the climate sucks. Yes the EU wants to ban bagpipes for being too loud. Yes your country is being swamped by third world immigrants. Just do what your ancestors did. Haul out your thumping great claymore (or Doc Martins) and whack anyone who gives you grief. Hoots mon, your ancestors were so fierce the Romans build a huge wall to hide behind.
