Is it time for a CMS?

I have a site. It was originally intended to teach myself HTML, but it has really gotten huge over the years. Well over 120 pages at this moment.
It's a fan site about the History of the New Orleans Saints, an NFL Football team. It's at http://nosaintshistory.com.
I'm trying to make a go of making some money out of it and am really putting alot of work into it right now for Search Engines. The problem is the size of the whole site, not to mention what I want to do with it, is making it quite tedious to work on it.
My question is, Is it time for a Content Management System? I'm not familiar at all with CMS and wonder if one would even help me.
If anyone has some advice, or some examples of what a good CMS looks like in action please let me know.

A CMS would definately help keep your site organized and make it look consistent. Getting them set up initially can be a bit of a pain sometimes but in the long run may be a good idea for your site. Especially if you would like other people to be able to post stuff on your site as well.
