Is it the web hosting or site builder that decides how many pages your allowed?

    Is it the web hosting or site builder that decides how many pages your allowed?
    cause the free site builder/hosting i got with my godaddy domain allows only 5 pages thats not good for me

    With sitebuilder you are limited to the number of pages. You do not have access to the root of your server. You build the site on the server building the tools they provide, you don't have any backup on your computer.

    But with a normal web hosting plan you don't have any limitations on the number of pages. You just build your site on your computer and upload it to the server.

    oh so say i build a website on some software,i then upload it to the web host site,and then it links it with my domain correct?
