is it the hosting or my script?

    Hello

i've an arcade site, it's around 4.5 GB in size, yesterday the hosting company (i'm using shared hosting) suspended my account due to high usage of CPU - sometimes 99% and i used 213% of my quota!

at first i thought it's because of me, i was adding new games to my site and my knowledge is very common of these things.

anyway, in the end they agreed to un-suspended my account and asked me to delete all the over quota files.

here's what i found out today:
-i logged in using my FTP and calculated all the files i have it's around 4 and not 12.5GB (as shown in my Cpanel)

-i went inside my site admin area and deleted many files but yet in the Cpanel the the desk used still exactly the same.

-i receive an average of 70 visitors/day, the server stats keeps changing why? it shows high cpu usage and the site is empty (no visitors nothing)

-in Cpanel stats i see the fallowing error:

-webemail is not working either it shows this message:
and finally my site don't show up, if you click on my sign. you'll see a blank page....

so what's the problem? script? or server or what exactly?

    Thanks in advance.

cPanel is known to go wacky sometimes. The server admin should rebuild the quota's for the system:

    /scripts/fixquotas

Seems the server admin needs to take a look at some of those other errors as well.

about quota - ftp shows /home/ilovepla/public_ftp but cPanel counts all the /home/ilovepla/

You can ask admin to check what process(es) are using CPU so much - it can be a kind of cron job or something alike can be optimized

About the webmail - go to mthe file manager and changу permissions for /home/ilovepla/.sqmaildata/ to 777
