I just discovered internal linking recently - that it does well for the SEO of a blog. Now I have a blog with more than 60 articles, and have done very little internal linking. Will it still matter if I proceed to creating links between my articles? Or it is too late. If okay, how do I go about this? I mean shall I work and give serious amount of time to this internal linking endeavor - and see good results? Will linking a post to as many as other posts on my blogs have positive results? PLease advice. Thanks..
When I read articles or blogs and find an internal link, I'll sometimes check it out, and the longer I am on a page, the greater the chances I'll bookmark it, share it, or click on an ad. However, if I am reading something and see external links that seem to be something more then actual references, then generally I ignore them (thanks TLA).
The result can be nothing but positive. If I write about something that relates to something else I wrote I will often not describe it in too much detail but rather link to another post of mine. Blogs are usually highly internally linked by nature, with sidebars and categories as well as tags. But it never hurts to do some on your own as well.
internal linking is fine. if you have an article which can relate to another article in your blog, you can link to that for additional information. however, make sure you dont over do it
I started using internal linking on one of my websites recently and have already started seeing a slight SEO boost from it.
Internal linking is indeed a good way to boost your long tail SERPs. You can still create links between your articles and sooner or later your pages will be reindexed.
Internal linking should be the first you thing you do after you publish a post. Find other posts you have previously written where you can link to your new post (of course only in ways that make sense).
Its good to do internal linking for the benefit of SEO. When you do internal linking, make sure use a targeted keyword anchor text. Anchor text is basically the clickable text in a hyperlink. Internal linking also helps to increase page views and the amount of time readers spend on your blog. So why not do internal linking? It just provides so much benefit from it.
Internal linking is the better work to do before going for seo. It helps pageviews by visitors andwe can provide what they required also from one place to another easily navigtion possible.

If you plan well, and have interesting topics, your visitor might actually be reading all of your post, with the internal linking. Imagining, 1 post actually link to 2 post, and the 2 post actually link to another 4 post ... and so on, (provided you planned all post have some or a little similar/related to it). This is good, and your site will be sticky, visitor stays longer, and page view increase more, page view increase more, your earning have a higher chance of earning more. Good Luck.
The advantage of internal linking is that your OLD posts wasn't be burn out; it still become visible as you link it in your NEW posts.
