It's not quite a simple as ColdMoney would have you believe. The key thing is that the ads and images don't give the false impression they are associated. What this means is:
- Don't put ads and images in a shared frame together.
- Don't place an image and ad together if they are the same size and shape.
- Don't perfectly align images and ads.
- Don't hide your ads in a collection of thumbnail images.
Common sense really - but the key thing is that the images and ads must not be incorrectly associated. Check out more about AdSense Ad-Image Association.

No, it was resulting in too much deception.

 

the ads and images are aligned and visitors will think that they are associated.

 

yea.. their official blog at adsense.blogspot.com stated it very clearly. not allowed.

 

No more pictures by the ads..... google banned my site for that
