We got a few inches of snow tonight. It's amazing how, in just a few months, people forget how to drive in the snow. I saw three cars in ditches and a turned over truck tonight.
Too true. I'm from North Carolina, but even I know how to drive better than the majority of nincompoops in Maryland when it snows. Last winter I saw so many people driving like complete idiots in the snow: "Ok, I am approaching a hill. Hmmm, what should I do? I know! I'll come to a complete stop at the bottom of the hill, so I can then step on the gas and really spin out in the snow and get some momentum going. That's how they go fast in the movies, right? Stop, then stomp on the gas!"
It's reaallly sunny here in the Philippines, but with occasional rain showers. No snow! Now....is that a good or bad thing?
No snow where I come from, London. When I was kid I remember that Xmas was usually a white one. Not anymore. No snow where I am now, last time it snowed here was back in 1985. Hopefully I'll find plenty in Boston when I go back at the end of the month, I am actually hoping for blizzards, I love 'em! (Only in the first weeks of January, though). Or I'll visit my in-laws in NH and I can't miss snow up there! Have fun with that white stuff, you lucky guys! (hold on, I mean snow, real snow...)
Its hot this afternoon...Too much celebrating yesterdays NFL games. I could go for some winter weather for a weekend.
I live in Auckland, Newzealand, just came back from Adelaide, Australia, and It's stinking hot over here! I'd love some snow!
Here should be snowing and temperature should be in minus, but I just returned from bike driving. Was about 10` celsius, and I drive in bermuda pants. It was fantastic!
well there are just some places like china, japan and korea that gets in some snow. the others like Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand that's near the equator so we just get cold weather, sometimes its rainy here on Christmas
We have about 3 inches and still coming here in Kansas City... 11 degrees farenheit, the high for the day, and the sun is setting. Should get down to around 7 degrees overnight.
