    I have flash games blog on blogger and there is function: "Add 'rel=nofollow' attribute".
    Must I use this , providing my links are related to flush games?
    How will search engines/bots see that?

    It should be fine. The crawlers will not visit the links on your site, so it won't hurt you.

You do not want to be linking to a low quality or spammy site, which is why many people decide to nofollow every link to an external site. This is typically a standard practice when it comes to comments, since these are typically displayed without being reviewed. But if you know that an external site you are linking to is high quality such as CNN or something like that, than it is fine to link out without using nofollow.
