Is it scam? Paypal payment

    Hello,

    One guy from Digitalpoint bought a website from me.

    He didn't asked me anything about website and he paid BIN price to my paypal.

    His account is from December 2012...
    1 positive comment

    He is verificated by paypal and outside USA.

    But...

    For me it looks like scam.

    I heard about stolen credit cards etc... and losing stuff.

    What shoud I do?

    If your not sure best thing is to refund the payment back. In this case its best to refund.

    try to hold him payment in 3 days.. email him first if he replay and don't have problem about that..
    take him payment ..
