I just found one tool on http://paypalsubscription.com/ to make recurring subscription link (not button). Just wanna know whether it is safe/legal to use that tool.

    Thanks.

If you want to make recurring subscription link with paypal then why don't you go through your paypal account itself  Thats safe and secure.

Whats the point in using 3rd party services when you can do the same with your Paypal account.

Better stick to Paypal, don't go for iffy 3rd party solution.

    Thanks.
But it seems to me that I can only make the subscription button, rather than links. Please advise me how to do so.

It looks fine to me, just look over the code before you implement it.

I think you need to create paypal subscription liink which you can able to send through email or PM instead of button, am i right

    Here you go.

Go to Merchant tools - > Select Subscriptions & Recurring Payments option - > Fill your require details there - > Check No option for Button encryption at the end - > On next page copy paste from Link for Emails:

    Thats all.
