For the moment the only answer received is the one from okpay, confirming one more time that they don't want to respect the Hague Convetion regulations on apostiles. I still await the answer from Mayzus, probably they'll fix it. We'll see.

I've also wondered about this, maybe he copied what I wrote to see if I got any update from Mayzus. However, until now the issue is still unsolved. Well, to summarize, Okpay and Mayzus ignored my situation, I'll provide an update hopefully in some time with a positive outcome on the situation. This will not be based on customer support from okpay and mayzus.
I recently noticed that payments in OKPay are not instant any more =( A lot of operations stand in hold for 1-2 business days. Now it may take a few days to receive money. Their support team is very polite and apologize for inconvenience every time, but this makes me sick anyway...
Okpay is useless. 2 yrs back they held my 4000 USD, till date they did not release it. Yes sure, they have many API tools and clients can pay merchants without registration. In general , all depends on your website and business. Actualy , i noticed on their news that they have just started to work under EU supervision. I think it means new features will come for all clients.
