is it safe to link or embed images directly from your images directory folder

    i have a forum and i want to post many images
    i want to upload them to my images directory folder and link to them from there

    is it safe for seo and google?

    I think it is safe but you must keep a eye on that image that it doesn't move a little bit at all from the directory.
