    Yes, it should be. They use sterile conditions. I do know however if you have some certain conditions, then it is not recommended.

    I guess it is okay, as long as u choose the offical hospital and donate a certain bit of blood is actaully good for your health!

    It is safe but you should have something in mind. I donated 2 times in my life and I'm still fine. Just remember not to drink alcohol and to eat more chocolate

    blood donation is good for a social cause. you should get in touch with some reputed and good organisation which organizes several camps and all that. it will not harm you in any way.
