Is it risky buying High paid PR?

    Hello DPPPSSS :p

    I was talking with my friend today about how risky is to buy high page ranked linked from sites PR 4-5-6-7-8

    He own's a fresh new website and he is willing to start buying links from very high page ranked sites starting from 4+

    But what I see its risky move for the site to get penelized or to be in sandbox.

    So what do you think guys?

    Keep in mind his site fresh and new with 0pr and 0backlinks in google.

    I would never consider buying links myself. You bring up a few good points and I do agree with what you said. If a site is found to be selling links and is penalized, then the links your friend brought won't have any good use anymore.
