Hi lets say i create blog on health.. then search various health sites who want link partners of health blogs/sites and contact them by e-mail(will it be considered as spam?) ... is it right way to gain link popularity ? or one should only use link directories to find link partners ?
First thing is Manual dir submissions, actually when you are promoting new websites, reci, linking campaign mostly fails because page does not have pr not yet cached in Google. So go for Dir Submissions, you will get good results, but you should have patience for that.
