    Nothing is ever required when building any kind of websites, but without links pointing back to your website you will be lost in a sea of millions.

    Yes it is required if you want unique visitors to your blog. However dont spend much time on it, if you are planning to make your own blog, which I would prefer you do it soon as possible. You might get banned in the white books of the Big G anytime, you never know.

    You need to get your site out there and noticed somehow. Backlinks can help a lot. Keyword anchor text backlinks can help you if you find and pick the right ones. Good luck and key trying, it can and will pay off for you if you put in the time and effort.

    yes dear if you have fresh content then why you are not doing blog its a best way to get traffic and also ranking in google
