Someone once mentioned in a thread of mine, that I could get accepted into AdSense just by making a blogger account, and signing up with them as the referrer, AND IT WORKED! Was this a fluke? I don't know, but now I've been accepted into AdSense and I must say, it only took 1 day with no content! :D
Here is my blogger account that got me in, http://locigalthinking.blogspot.com/
Don't mind the post, it was a bunch of bullsnit just to make it appear as if I had content, is this a sure fired way to get accepted? or did I get lucky?

With competition now from YPN, Google probably want to accept more people than they used to, or else people will run to YPN (I would too if i could!)

Getting accepted into the Adsense program is the easy part. Actually making money is the hard part.

I've put off creating an AdSense account for about a year because I thought it was going to be too complicated. Now I've got ads on sites that I've created for friends and family (those that don't pay me to host their sites). And the money has started to trickle in. I'm not going to make any money out of my friends sites because they don't get enough traffic but it should be enough to cover my costs.

I have a blogger account too which is just shaping up content wise. I'm finding that it's starting to become about all sorts of stuff that I'm into. Hopefully it will connect with a few people.
