"I only see a header that says "8 Best Sites", a google ad and a google search box. I wouldn't call that content. " by ViciousSummer

    huh ?!

if in the sandox u put a search ... like: "car" and then press search .. ull have a new browser window with the results like this:
    " 8bestsites.com/car/ "
... so it kinda works like a "search engine" ... but a very simple one that shows u restults from "AdSense" & "Bizrate.com" ...

is that against TOS ? caus ... they do show content other than adsense results... :x

thanks for sharing your opinions ... i've learned a lot during thos las few days . :) hehe

I think you should remove the ad from the home page, as on 800x600 page a person has to scroll down to see the search box, and also please add some info about what your site is, you are using adwords, and believe me your site is a perfect 5 second show, IMO, Never mind:)

    Hi Megafu

Do you really make money from these sites? Don't you ever get the plug pulled by Adsense? That must really hurt if they don’t pay out and you've spent a bundle on Adwords.

just because i ask ... doesnt mean i agree with those kind of sites ... the thing is that i'm just questioning the "legality" of that particular website . cause as i said ... it shows content other than adsense... the web-desing is quit crappy though ... ok ... it really s*cks! .... anyway, since i dont own a website like that one ... or any actually . cause i am develloping the very first website that ill make to put ads on it... and it is about cars. soooo.. please dont tell me that:

The site is awrful and these type of sites is the sites that ruin it for everybody else. I am an adwords advertiser and I don't really want my ads displayed on a site like that and this would most probably be the same for other Adwords advertisers.

It's not difficult to place useful content on your web page. Why run the risk of getting banned? I've tried many advertisers and adsense has been giving by far the best payouts. Wouldn't mess with them :)

These sites really annoy me, especially if their own ads appear on my website. I want the ads on my site to be useful to my visitors and not some cheap scam to raise money from Adsense.

Granted they don't have the time to go through all the adsense accounts, but it's as simple as finding a site such as this, viewing source, and banning the Pub-#.

I have to agree that it's discouraging for people trying to create quality sites, who spend time and money promoting, only to allow sites like these to make $$ I could be making. Also, put yourself on the end of the Adwords Campaign owner whoose ad pops up there, what do you think the ROI is? pffft, nuffin

Seems to me even talking about a site like that wastes time you could spend improving your own site...

Yeah! This is my last post about this site. It is a waste of internet space and a waste of advertisers money.

    What's the point in it.

No more comments from me about this site!!! LOL

I would say don;t think Adsense is easy money.

    #1. Create a Website
    #2. Generate Traffic
    #3. Monetize it

Now, Adsense in my eyes, is nothing but one of the techniques for #3.

    1. Choose any unsaturated niche for yourself
    2. Create a website
    3. Make it all set with adsense
    4. Generate traffic
    5. Improve your site, add more content etc. Tweak adsense accordingly, dont let your visitors go ad blind.
    6. Sit back and watch it grow
    7. Repeat steps 4, 5 n 6.
P.S. - Do what they do, dont do what they say. :)

It's not that easy, but it is automatic. You really have to think about the following:
    - Content (You need content pages for ads to display on)
    - Traffic (The more traffic you get the more ad impresssions and possible clicks)
    - Placement (You need a good placement to put your ad so that the visitor sees it)

Well don't Hesitate and start you site with adsense. Focus on you site not adsense , increase traffic and that's it you will soon become an "ADSENSE EMPLOYEE"

Making money with AdSense is not "easy," but it's a lot more fun than most jobs. The hardest thing is keeping your traffic consistent. I just started a blog, and for three days I had 1200-2000 unique visitors per day, and then today it dropped to 300 (this was because my blog is about investing and the markets were closed today for Good Friday). My point is, if you are running a site/blog that you're passionate about, you can be very successful, but it takes more than just signing up for AdSense and throwing the code on a page...

I agree, I make my sites for my visitors and not for Adsense.

Adsense is just an extra opportunity of making some extra money from your site.

have to agree with bob here. It's not that easy as it looks specially for beginers. Set a time frame of 3-4 months atleast, make a strategy, work real hard and keep searching on Dp for awesome tips.

I think the most important is TRAFFIC..
To improve your site traffic, you need to add much more worthy content!
