Is it really possible to get into google within 24/48 hours?

We used Prosubmitclub.com and found out that if you pay the $9.95 per month you can sign up and register your domains to be submitted in real time that includes Google but then cancel your subscription right away and their system still resubmits for several months before their system cancels the resubmittions and thus you are already in Google by the time that happens. till then you don't see a "Cache" link in SERPs for that page. Also, after the page is cached rankings do change and you may not rank well for the same thereafter.
