Is it really possible to get into google within 24/48 hours?

    Is it really possible to get into google within 24/48 hours and be a rank 1 without paying a dime if so please tell me how

    Lol, get ranked for number 1 and within 2 days? If you had a backlink from a PR 10 link from a relevant edu website with perfect anchor text and optimization, maybe.

    Yes, it is possible if you use those long tail keywords which not using by other. However, this kind of long tail keyword normally have very low search volume

    Yes it is possible in one day.
    Usually takes from couple minutes to one weeks.
    In one week shall be normal.
    Use blogger, froum, worldpress may do the good helps.

    It certainly is possible but page gets cached after 24 hours, till then you don't see a "Cache" link in SERPs for that page. Also, after the page is cached rankings do change and you may not rank well for the same thereafter.
