Actually i'm living in a PayPal send only country, in asia. One man to sell his full function Paypal account from his country in europe to me. I know it is illegal. Is there any problem if I buy it? and use it from my country? Any experiences, Please give an idea.
Just if they found your account suspicious or if you login and receive from any other country than you chose during signup, then they may limit the account.

No you cannot operate paypal account of diffrent country from your country as paypal may limit your account for sefety purpose.
