    Obviously possible. Make the page with unique good content of some good niche. Put adsense on the page. Now promote it to get visitors. That's all. I am sure you will make some extra pocket money.

    History has shown us that it is possible to earn money from nothing , you just need something almos impossible for that! and one-page-site can appear to be quite good money bringer

    I'm sure it's possible but I'm not sure how efficient it will be. There's only so muhc you can do with one page before it becomes crowded and looks like a mess.

    It's all about coming out with something absolutely unique. If you can find an idea that no ones really attempted before, then you'll more than likely be able to generate some big bucks from it, even only using one page.
