Is it possible that .COM is worth LESS than any country specific extension (be it .US, .DE, .RU, .CN or any other) - when the name is the same keyword - not an English but language specific word? Here is an example: DUSHA.com - (translates as SOUL from Russian to English) and DUSHA.ru is it possible that .RU is more valuable? I don't believe so - but would appreciate your opinion. Thanks, Walter
Of course it is. Some countries (especially those that hate America) don't like .com or are so used to their own TLD that their own is much more in demand.
If a website only contains jobs listing in USA then Jobs.us will be better name for it then Jobs.com.
yes its possible i have a domain with .com and some other website is of .de which is pr6 and famous, m not getting so much traffic there in .com name.. so country domains do well at times.
