I have 800 dollars in my paypal account. I have been getting paid to it for a while but I never knew I would have to verify it to get a check. It tells me I have to verrify my home adress to recieve a check. I have neither a bank account or credit card. What can i do??

If you attach and verify a bank account then PayPal allows you (at least they do me) to make a direct withdrawal to my confirmed bank account. This is a free service from PayPal.

Or send money to someone and tell them to pay you with cash or a bank transfer

    The answer is no, basically.

You'll have to verify sooner or later...

You could sell those funds to people living in your country. That's what I do when I want to save on fees, I just sell them for cash to my fellow countrymen who needs paypal.

Without a bank account, where do you expect the money to go? Just add a bank account and get fully verified, it's less of a hassle.

    No.
    You have to verify.
Otherwise use it on the net.

Well, if you withdraw the money, it has to go either directly into a bank account or indirectly via a check which you deposit into your bank account.

Besides without a bank account or credit card, I would assume your account is unverified which would mean that you will hit a withdrawal or spending snag soon.

Without verification, Paypal does not know if you submitted real information when you sign up or is up to no good. It is best to just get your account verified and then work without limits or worry about when your account would be limited.

    Hi Dacooljames,

If you don't mind my asking, where are you located? As others have suggested, if you don't have a bank account and are located in the United States, it's fairly easy to open a free direct deposit account online, verify and then access the funds via a preloaded debit card (e.g. Netspend, MetaBank, and All Access). Otherwise, there isn't a lot of functionality with your unverified PayPal account. As Eddy mentioned, even if you use the funds online etc. you will hit spending limits which make it impossible to gain further access to your funds.

It's easy to verify unless there's fraud involved. If there's an issue with verification for you that's non-fraud related, feel free to ask for additional advice and support here and everyone will be glad to help. Alternatively, Paypal (despite the international call centers) has some good support and will make sure that you're taken care of.

    Best and Take Care!
