For example: let's say you sell car key duplication services and you use brand names of cars and the landing page is simply for duplication services. Google may allow this because it is relevant. But if car companies have made complaints in the past, they may not allow some of the trademarked names to be used. <-- this is based on my own experience. According to Google, you may use the name if the landing page is specific to the name being used.
