Is it possible to use RSS to populate premade forms?

    Hello,
I am new to XML. I am new to RSS. Therefore, I have some questions.

    1) Is it possible to have a form created so that the RSS XML can update it? (By form, I mean a premade checklist, and/or document for inputting text.)
    2) Is it possible to have RSS update this form in a website (where the person VIEWING sees the update)?
    3) I would like to have a RSS reader as part of a website and not a program. Where can I get the coding to do this?

I think thats it for the moment. I have a feeling that any responses will have more questions added. Thanks for helping out this newbie.

I guess, more of the question is...
If its possible, how hard would it be to build a custom RSS Reader that has checkboxes or text boxes where the data gets updated via the XML RSS feed?
I would think, that in order to have a custom RSS Reader, a custom XML form feed would need to be built How?

I am not a programmer, but any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
