Yes, but you cant use a hosted blog like blogger.. you will have to put it on your server or something, there is a thread about it somewhere here.
I have it set up with Movable type at the wedding site linked below. It's actually a series of 16 blogs all under one domain.
There's still a lot of work to do. I wanted to get the index opened up to the search engines so I released it last week. I think I have the management down to where it's easy to update everything. Now my focus is on adding content accross the board. I have a simple cms that I've built and will eventually be adding that as a free service (free wedding websites), and some of the code I've written I'll be putting up for free use public domain - nothing too complex, just utilities like the "link to this page" thing. I'd like it to turn into something special, but it's probably six months away from generating what I would consider to be good traffic, and a year away from being special . I really like the idea of managing everything through Movable Type. A simple way to publish things was the draw for me, but the templating system is awesome once you spend the time to put a custom template together. I've been considering moving the comments engine to vbulletin, but we'll see how that shapes up in the future. When I released it, I saw all kinds of spider traffic, but the results have been less than optimal. I had put up some temporary pages before and I think that was a mistake. If I were to do it all over again, I'd wait until I had some sort of significant content before even buying the domain name.
I am always on the lookout for new items to add to my blog resources site. The site is listed in my profile if it doesn't appear here. There is also a blog link directory attached to the site.
