Is it possible to unfollow all twitter following at once?

Even if you have a tool, don't do it. You may get your account temporarily suspended for mass follow or mass unfollow. I use Tweepi for getting rid of people who don't follow me back.

Mass following/unfollowing could get your account suspended. Indeed, there are such services, but it’s better to be careful and do it individually.

 

Doing mass follow/unfollow will alert Twitter. They may ban you.

 

You can just remove the people that you follow one by one for a more credible account.

Twitter's terms of service prohibit apps and services from automating following and unfollowing. The app or service could get suspended if discovered by Twitter. However, there are a few apps that make managing friend and followers much easier, including unfollowing mass amounts of people. My favorite of these apps is Friend Check

 

I use manageflitter to manage my twitter followers. It is a pretty handy free easy to use tool.

 

There is a script which allows you to do that, i have even tried it, but they added the protection to do not unfollow so fast, and i was not able to unfollow on twitter so fast due to that.
