    You can download iMacros add-on for free and use that to unfollow pm for the script when you have it.

    Should be cautious when doing this as twitter may become suspicious if thousands of follows and unfollows are done in a short time.

    yes, but that with in an hour as twitter allow only one hour limit with click here...

    There's programs which you can do this with. It does take a while but it'll do it. Try tweetadder.

    another program to try is refollow, I grew my twitter following from 0 to 6000 in about 3 weeks and you can unfollow all at once, it really easy to use
    They have recently started charging but it is pretty cheap

    if you do more than 200+ daily you are in hit list of twitter so be aware of it before making any changes.

    don't know if it's possible, but it's too dangerous, try to unfollow 200-300 per day, that would be ok

    i do not think this is possible that you unfollow all people at once, yes you can do it one by one. may be there is a tool that works for this purpose but i am not familiar with it.

    Open a javascript console, (in Chrome its in Tools -> Javascript Console)

    Paste the following line and hit enter over and over until all the followers are gone.
