Is it possible to track leads?

Discussion in 'Affiliate Programs' started by Brilliances, Oct 17, 2006.

Firstly, I'm new to Affiliate programs.. (in fact, I haven't really even started apart from signing up and putting some ads on my existing stie)

With all these affiliate programs that are promising to pay me per lead, for when they fill in some form, or take up some trial offer, is it possible to track which one of my subscribers have taken up an offer?

    Thanks!

You mean rely? I've signed up to CJ and Maxbounty but since I'm new I don't have any stats to see. What does the network tell you about your leads?

they are tracked.. some times delayed, some times real time, some times skipped and some times reversed...

    anything can happen..

MB is real time. Cj stats are delayed.. and if the user has disabled cookies.. you will not get rewarded..

    Hi Brilliances,

What it sounds like your looking for is Sub ID tracking. If you have a site with members you can track all the details of leads. In the system, you need to append your Sub-ID to the end of the offer link. Then in your stats, you should be able to see which user it was and when it converted.

We're very similiar to CJ, but all networks are slightly different. So you should contact your dedicated Affiliate Manager, to have this set up for you.

Please feel free to contact me, if you have any further questions or concerns. I'm always available for your support!

Hope this helps. I wish you all the success. :)

It's great having affiliate managers on this Forum. Thanks Jessica!

Quick off topic question, if I sign up as an advertiser to sell a product. Do you guys (or MB, CJ, etc.,) help intergrate whatever tracking software that you have with my current product payment system?
