Hi, I see some websites display specific AdSense ads every time. Is this about advertisers targeting that website or as a publisher is it possible to choose ads to display on your site?
Thats mostly on Googles end. There is a certain code you can find on the adsense blog. You can place it around the sections of your site that you feel will tell adsense the most relevant ads to place and this can help you kind of guide the ads you want placed.
Adsense is providing many ways to advertise or to place the ads in your site. By managing channels you can place the relevant ads on your site as they said in the above.
I'm not sure about this technique or any ligelity issue. But one of my know adsense earner may be doing something like this. Will update this thread if get any info.
It is difficult to get specific advertisers on your sites but there are things you can do to try and get more targeted ads. Whilst it may not be good to have a site called Iphone4.com, because Apple would come and get you before you even put adsense on your site. If you had a page that was all about Iphone 4's, benefits, reviews etc, then eventually you would start to get more targeted ads and the further up the SERPS the more those ads would pay.
