Is It possible to stop paypal auto withdrawl to bank function !! only indians

    I tried everything but ended up changing my account at my Bank. The reason I did it was that I had a recurring discount Hosting account that I could not get cancelled!

    There's no way to stop auto withdrawal to your Indian bank account

    PayPal is following guidelines as laid down under sections 2 (iii) and (vi) of RBI circular dated Nov 16, 2010

    So, any money you receive in PayPal account has to be withdrawn to bank account. To send money, use credit card

    Not possible in any way. And for your 2nd question you can send funds using CC attached from your paypal account to any other non indian paypal account. You can't add funds in your paypal account.

    We Can add funds via Credit Card.

    In case if our account goes -ve balance.
